Fourth Grade AVID Classes Met a Graphic Artist to Learn About College, Career and Life Readiness

Charlotte Anderson 4th grade students had the fun opportunity of engaging in a live visit with Steve Camargo. He is a graphic artist who works independently for individual clients, and he also has his own website Kicksart.com where he sells his sneaker coloring books, posters and stickers.  He was a lot of fun to listen to with his sound effects and great visual presentation.  He shared his experience with getting a college degree, encouraged the students in finding a career that involves something they love to do and reminded them that in life, things aren't always easy, but you keep practicing and don't give up.

We loved the experience and appreciate Mr. Camargo taking time to share his career with us!
