Neely Webb, a fourth grade student at CAPA, received the School Board Superstar Award for the month of September.  She was recognized at this week's school board meeting.  Elementary school students are selected to receive this award for outstanding citizenship. Ms. Antanesha Dyer, Neely's fourth grade teacher says, "Neely is an amazing student! She is kind, thoughtful, respectful, and believes in serving others with a loving heart!" Neely is also involved in student council,  Honor Patrol, and is a news anchor for the Viking News Network. Congratulations, Neely!
